DELIVERY & RETURNS

All orders placed before 12 noon will be dispatched same day; orders received after this time will be dispatched the following working day. Some orders may require a signature upon arrival.

Your order will arrive presented in an EE gift box and gift cards can be included, free of charge, upon request.

Please retain your Paypal confirmation email as this acts as your receipt. An Order Dispatch email will be sent to you as soon as your order is on it's way.

* Please note that all orders travelling to The Netherlands are dispatched via Priority Delivery.

Orders travelling outside the EU may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon delivery and is beyond the control of Eclectic Eccentricity Jewellery. Please contact your local Customs and Excise office for further information.




Should you wish to return an item, a full refund (excluding delivery fees) will be issued, provided the item is returned within 7 working days of the date of delivery (or Royal Mail’s first attempted delivery) and is in its original, unworn condition.

Please email us at info@eclecticeccentricity.co.uk to arrange for a refund of your order and to obtain a returns code; we are unable to accept returned packages without prior authorisation.

This does not apply to items which have been altered to your specifications or earrings due to hygiene reasons.
